The Edgmon XLarge Studio Box is 42" X 21 3/4" when open and holds approx. 528-1080 sticks of pastel (depending on size) and 44 pencils, brushes or tools (holds up to 528 Great American or 560 Rembrandt or 832 Terry Ludwig or 592 Unison or 562 full size Sennelier or 1080 half-stick Sennelier pastels). It is made of Alder (or Oak) wood, birch plywood, sanded, stained and sealed with brass corners. Closed size is 21 3/4" X 21" X 3" deep. Memory foam inserts hold everything in place when closed, this also keeps the pastels clean. It has 8 compartments that are 4 3/8" wide X 19 1/2" long.
