The Edgmon Large Studio Box is 19" X 31" when open and holds approx. 500-900 sticks of pastel (depending on size) and 48 pencils, brushes or tools. It is made of Alder (or Oak) wood, birch plywood, sanded, stained and sealed with brass corners. Closed size is 19" X 15 1/2" X 3" deep. It is the only studio box that has built in storage/display for (44) pastel pencils or brushes. Memory foam inserts hold everything in place when closed, this also keeps the pastels clean. has 6 compartments that are 4 1/2" wide X 17 1/2" long.
